Carmen Castellanos

Attorney-at-law, graduated from Universidad de Londres in Mexico City, with consolidated experience in public law, criminal law, and administrative matters. Throughout her professional career, she has held positions of responsibility within the public sector, most notably serving as Head of Department at the National Institute of Migration, where she developed extensive expertise in regulatory and institutional procedures.

Her professional practice focuses on the Adversarial Criminal Justice System and Oral Proceedings, as well as on Juvenile Justice, areas in which she holds specialized training. She is also a certified forensic expert in graphoscopy and document examination, allowing her to provide technical and methodologically sound support in complex judicial and evidentiary proceedings.

In parallel with her legal practice, she is actively engaged in academia as a lecturer at several universities, contributing to legal education through a practice-oriented and contemporary approach to the study of law.
